Ashley Smith is the executive director and an assistant professor for the surgical technology program at the University of 杏吧原创 - Fort Smith, where she is currently also serving as a member of Faculty Senate. Her research interests include Generation Z, integration of technology into curricula, and DEI.
Smith is a former president of the 杏吧原创 State Assembly for Surgical Technology and serves as a member of the board of directors for the Montessori School of Fort Smith. She is registered with the 杏吧原创 State Medical Board and is a Fellow of the Association of Surgical Technology (FAST) from the Association of Surgical Technologists (AST), which is the highest accomplishment one can receive from AST.
