The monthly meeting of the Ark-Homa Chapter of the ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Archeological Society and the Oklahoma Anthropological Society will be held at 7 p.m. Nov. 17 in the Echols Conference Center at the University of ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ – Fort Smith.
Tim Mulvihill, ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ research station archeologist, will discuss the results of a remote sensing geophysical survey conducted at the Leonard Wilhauf property in Van Buren in May. ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ acquired the property, thought to be the second oldest standing house in Van Buren last year.
Tim Mulvihill has worked for the ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Archeological Survey for over 25 years and has been the Station Archeologist at the Survey’s research station at ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ since 2005.
