The University of ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ – Fort Smith is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful campus environment. A wide range of confidential, medical, legal, academic, and emotional support services are available to help you recover, seek justice, and continue your education.

Some services are located on the ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ campus, while trusted hospitals, clinics, and nonprofit organizations in the surrounding community offer others. Many are available 24 hours a day. If you are unsure where to begin, you can contact the ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Title IX Office or the ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Counseling Center, and they will guide you to the right support.
